Golden Hour was founded by husband and wife, Michelle and Daniel Lehmann. Born and raised in New York, Michelle and Daniel owned the beloved SoHo home design store, Clio. They traveled the world seeking great design made by small artisans, and the result was an amazing curated collection of modern tableware from makers across the globe. After a lifetime in their hometown, the family headed west and moved to sunny Los Angeles. They have since fallen in love with the beauty, nature, creativity and relaxed vibe of their new home state. “We have always dreamt of returning to our Clio days in some way, but with a California sensibility. We have discovered so much great design here on the West coast, particularly in California, and we wanted to celebrate it.” While Clio was a celebration of design from around the world, Golden Hour is really a love letter to California (with a sprinkling of our East Coast roots!). Coming home sandy after a day at the beach, an early morning hike in the canyons, sunsets in the desert, a bluebird day skiing, coffee and cocktails on your terrace with friends. These moments.
